- 1 package Cacique Queso Quesadilla, shredded
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp. onion, chopped
- 8 flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Scramble eggs with cilantro, tomato, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat tortilla in a separate skillet. When tortilla is pliable, place scrambled eggs on top and sprinkle cheese over. Top with another tortilla.
- Brown both sides of tortilla until crispy and golden in color. Serve with your favorite salsa and Cacique Crema Mexicana.
