  • 1 container Cacique® Crema Con Sal
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 wheat tortilla
  • 4 slices of Cacique® Queso Fresco, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1/4 cup Cacique® Queso Quesadilla, shredded
  • 4 slices of avocado, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 3 slices of tomato, cut into 1/8 inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
  1. Whisk Cacique® Crema con Sal with chives and parsley in a medium bowl. Set to the side.
  2. Heat comal or large pan over medium flame.
  3. Place tortilla in center of pan.
  4. Sprinkle Cacique® Queso Quesadilla on half of tortilla, then top with Cacique® Queso Fresco, avocado slices, and tomato slices.
  5. Fold opposite end of tortilla over to cover.
  6. Cook on each side until tortilla is golden brown on the outside.
  7. Remove from heat and carefully lift one side of quesadilla and stuff with alfalfa sprouts.
  8. Slice in half and serve with chive parsley crema.
